Support your team, no matter where they work.
Developed in consultation with Safe Work Australia and WorkSafe Victoria, specifically to cater for remote working arrangements, our online Workspace Wellbeing Consultations are more than just an ergonomic assessment.
Our Occupational Physiotherapists connect with your team via a one-on-one video call to help them set up their workstations ergonomically and assist them to identify and mitigate potential WHS risk related to their workspaces and work practices.
This service is also appropriate for the traditional office environment and can be delivered in-person, should you have team members with unique workspaces or special needs that may not be suited to an online consultation.
You can also choose to combine this service with relevant and engaging Online Training Programs, designed to provide your team with the tools they need to maintain a healthy, productive and safe remote work environment. Find out more here.

Any organisation that has employees working from home or a remote location, even if it’s only for one day a week.
-
All businesses have a legal obligation to provide a safe working environment no matter where their people work. This includes when working remotely or from home.
Training must also be provided when workers are exposed to potential WHS risks in the course of their work.
Working at a computer is associated with well documented risks to our physical and mental health that, if left unchecked, can have a significant impact on people’s wellbeing and the success of an organisation over the long term.
-
Our experienced WHS Consultants connect with each of your team members individually via video call and provide practical, cost-effective solutions to ensure your team are comfortable and safe in their workspaces.
Using smart-phone camera technology, we assess each workspace for potential WHS risks and help your team set up their workstations to suit their individual needs, with their existing equipment.
We also offer tips and advice to help your team take care of their physical and mental wellbeing while at work.
-
Your team’s workspaces will be set up as ergonomically as possible to meet their individual needs, in real-time. They’ll be more comfortable and productive and you’ll avoid spending time and money on ergonomic equipment, if it isn’t necessary.
