Our Ergonomic Assessments do more than the standard checklists. Our assessments provide a simple and effective way for businesses to help their people perform at their best. We ensure your team’s productivity, performance, safety, comfort and wellbeing are set up correctly for each individuals needs.

  • An experienced Occupational Health Consultant will visit your office to assess and optimise the set up of your staff member’s workstation to suit their specific individual needs and work tasks.

    Each assessment takes approximately 20 minutes per workstation, depending on complexity and individual team member’s needs. We can assess your entire workforce, or provide roaming assessments for those in need.

    If you have a large office space with many staff to assess, a simple floor plan indicating the location of each of your team within your office space will help the process to run smoothly.

  • • In-person assessment of staff member’s computer workstation within your office space.

    • Optimisation of current workstation ergonomics utilising the existing equipment, as far as is reasonably practicable.

    • Advice on posture, exercise and steps your team member can take to reduce the negative health effects of sedentary work.

    •Access to ergonomic resources for your team

    • Optional summary reports with recommendations for each staff member, for the employer

    • Optional executive summary at the conclusion of the assessments detailing common issues and recommendations for employers to consider.

  • Combining workstation assessments with group training is a great way to build engagement and ensure your team don’t forget the advice provided by our consultant on the day.

    We can deliver short interactive training sessions, covering topics such as posture, active recovery, breath work, ergonomics and simple exercises that anyone can do in the office to boost energy and productivity.

    We also offer more in-depth training modules that can be paired with workstation assessments as part of a broader WHS & Wellbeing Initiative.
