People do their best work when they’re happy, healthy and relaxed
Helping your team to perform at their best in a stressful world isn’t easy. Ensuring that your skilled employees remain loyal in a competitive job market is even harder.
To become an ‘employer of choice’, you need to offer your people something that they want and need, with no strings attached. Everyone is time-poor these days so give your people the gift of time by allowing them to work on their health and wellbeing while at work.
Providing your employees the opportunity to exercise, meditate or have a massage on company time shows them that you value them as people, not just workers. They’ll value the time this saves in their busy lives and you’ll benefit from a more energised, engaged, productive and positive team.
It’s a win for everyone!

Dietitians are experts in food and nutrition. They provide guidance about how to appropriately manage diets and nutrition for people who may be affected by health conditions such as diabetes, overweight and obesity, cancer, heart disease, renal disease, gastro-intestinal diseases and food allergies. A dietitian can help people optimise their health and reduce their risk of developing chronic disease.
-
Our consultants are accredited mental health first aiders. This means they've undertaken additional training to equip themselves with the knowledge and skills to act as 'first responders' for members of your team that may report or exhibit signs of mental health issues. Mental Health First Aid is the psychological equivalent of medical first-aid. Mental Health First Aiders are not trained to provide counselling or support services but rather to identify those indiviudals who may be struggling and assist them by listening and directing people to the most appropriate avenues for assistance.
