Damaged or Faulty Items
You are required to notify Active Health Online within 7 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund, or replacement process.7-day change of mind returns:
Please choose carefully: Our change of mind return policy is available within the first 7 days of receiving the products. A full refund minus the initial and return shipping costs + 15% restocking fee of the goods may be granted if the product is in the original new condition and in the same packaging.
'Free shipping' returns:
If the product displays ‘free shipping’ and a change of mind return is required, a full refund will be issued minus the initial and return shipping fee paid by Payday Deals as an incentive on the purchase.

Products sold by Active Health Online are not reserved in-cart, and an order is only finalised when you have completed the checkout process and received an order confirmation from us and payment is received in full.
When an order is placed for a suppliers goods, we will send the order to the supplier for confirmation, at which time they may accept or reject your order. Where a supplier rejects your order, we will refund you for the order and associated shipping charges. You will receive confirmation that your order has been accepted by the supplier via email.
We use automated fraud detection software that may result in your order being delayed or cancelled. Where your order is flagged for fraud detection, we will make enquiries into any potential fraud. We reserve the right to subsequently reject and refund your order at our absolute discretion where fraud is suspected.
Your order may be rejected in circumstances where we believe there may be a credit card or payment related fraud (detected prior to the goods being shipped), or where your order cannot be shipped, or if there has been an error in the price or product description on the Website. In these circumstances, the order will be refunded in full.
You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order is confirmed, you are unable to cancel or change it. If you have any problems with your order, then you must go through the normal returns process and contact us contact@activehealthonline.com.
In the event that we cancel or are unable to fulfill your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.
We reserve the right to notify you that goods for which you placed orders have become unavailable for reasons beyond our control. Your order may be delayed, or you may receive a full refund or store credit (at your election) in the event we cannot fulfil your order.

From time to time we may release promo codes that may be used on the Site. Promo codes are valid only for the specified period stated on them and can only be redeemed in accordance with any special terms and conditions stated on them - such as a minimum spend requirements, validity periods and brand, Product, or sale exclusions. Only one promo code can be used per order, and some promo codes may only be used once per promo code. Promo codes cannot be used in addition to another promo code or offer.
Where you return an item purchased with a promo codes, we will only refund the final price you paid for that item. -

CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
To edit or cancel your order, simply login to your account online. Please note, given how quickly orders are packed and dispatched, we can’t always guarantee that edits or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once an order has been placed you may email us at contact@activehealthonline.com however if an order has been dispatched you will need to contact the third-party delivery service that may be able to organise this for you.
I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER WAS PLACED?
Simply login to your account online, and select “MY ORDER HISTORY”
MY ORDER ARRIVED, BUT SOME OF MY ITEMS ARE MISSING.
If you’ve ordered products from different brands, you will receive these in different deliveries. All of your products should arrive within our designated delivery time frames. If it doesn't, please let us know and we can follow up for you.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also login into your account and view your order history to get your tracking information.
